You cannot see the waves of energy which power your phones, television or radio, yet they exist. Those same waves go through you and around you, influencing your thoughts, day and life. Unfortunately, most of those influences are negative ones – and they affect and colour your life with grey twilight or darkness, when you should be filling your life with light.
We cannot change life’s disappointments and misery by combating them with the same energy fields which brought them. Most people have now finally realised that Universal law returns whatever we deliver, whether consciously or unconsciously. To live with joy and be able to annul any negative influences, we MUST create a new, victorious matrix, based on love, peace and harmony.
Nikola Tesla, the engineer and inventor, stated,
‘If you wish to understand the secrets of the Universe, think of energy, frequency, and vibration’.
Meditation can work with these three influences to effect immediate change. In one of many successful scientific experiments, Transcendental Meditation reduced crime in Washington DC, in the USA, by almost 50%.
There are various forms of meditation, including Guided Visualisation Meditation. Most of these will raise vibrations and increase internal light. Transcendental Meditation takes you within, and Guided visualisation meditation can take you anywhere. It talks the subject through situations and solutions via imagery; but any quiet moment, programmed with a goodwill mindset and a loving heart, however amateur this may seem, should make a positive difference not only to your life but to the lives of those around you. Yes, change must start with YOU! None of us can afford the luxury of waiting for the neighbours to get into an uplifting, vibrational groove. We must become the positive change we wish to see, which they will feel and most likely compound by thinking more positively and happily and so spreading a ripple of well being. One day, all humans will be linked in a joyful, harmonious global line.
Thoughts move in waves, like those we see among happy, wave-making spectators, raising and lowering their arms from one end of a sports stadium to the next. Those who participate in those fun activities – and even those who merely witness them – invariably start to laugh, further fuelling the energy of happiness. Whatever vibrational resonance we put out attracts a similar returning resonance. We are the tuning forks of life.

Your garden, armchair or even bed will also be a place to start your new thought processes and meditation; but many people need personal, one to one guidance to begin and even more need the benefit of guidance from a person with experiential knowledge and not just instructions which are based only on beliefs in books.
